Yesterday I picked up this wrench at the flea market. I haven't seen one before, nor even heard of Gros Mfg. Any one else know?

Indeed very interesting creature you have there, yes very interesting never heard of that company and I see the web is not playing nice today...:eek:

Crazy, right? I didnt find anything on Google either. I searched ebay and found one listing for Gros nut drivers. Regardless, the wrench seems well made. A lot thicker than other brands.

This having been said, there is someone not terribly far from me who is selling NOS GROS starter wrenches for $5 a pop. Just a heads-up.

Search results turned up the same address in Grandview, MO for both.

Where did you find the address for Gros Mfg. Co. ?

I'm not coming up with anything that's giving me any address (or location) for them other than the mention of "Kansas City" in the article you've cited.

This is all I have on Granco:

Granco / Granco Industries Inc., 4009 E. 138th St., P.O. Box 171, Grandview, MO 64030-0171 / phone: (816) 966 9400 email: [email protected] / contract supplier for military /
