Grounding lug

Does current code allow for a grounding lug to have 2 ground wires attached to it?

Grounding lug like this:

If not could one wire go into intended slot with set screw and the other have a crimp connector and go under the nut the fastens this lug to panel?

Considering I'm allowed to have 2 grounds under a lug in my load center....I'm going to say yes.

Would I do it for anything over 8 AWG? No.

Only if the lug is listed for 2 conductors, and then would have to be the same size, and material.

This exactly. Most lugs aren't listed for it, but some are.
