Grounding rod at sub-panel

I just want to confirm that my armored ground wire that is connected to the re-bar in the concrete connects to the sub-panel grounding buss? My sub-panel is in my new garage which is 300' away from the house and main service.

Basically the 2 grounds will be connected together...... right?

And the neutral bus bar is isolated correct?
