I know this is an old thread, but thought I'd ask anyway, as I have a similar issue and can't find a solution: were you able to find 135 degree cove profiles, or are you using 90 degree cove profiles in the 135 degree inside corners? If the latter, how well did it work?Talked to the folks at schluter and got this feedback:
“Yes those profiles eliminate the need for caulk. As long as the area behind the coved part remains open, there is room for expansion to happen. There is an integrated grout spacer in the profile and it’s ok to grout “.
I grouted it. Real pain in the ***. Got a lot of cleaning left.

Those are 135* profiles FWIR. They should be available from most profile manufacturers.I know this is an old thread, but thought I'd ask anyway, as I have a similar issue and can't find a solution: were you able to find 135 degree cove profiles, or are you using 90 degree cove profiles in the 135 degree inside corners?
