Been reading about some Garage Condos and I must admit, it seems like a great solution for urban dwellers like myself. Problem is, living in such a large vertical City like Toronto, its tough to find much available space that is suitable. Any Toronto/GTA members know where something may be available? CL & Kijiji have not been successful...
