I work for security at a company these guys deliver to. After talking to one of the sales reps last week about doing an in store pick up, the guy offers to save me the trip. Meaning next time he came out he'd drop off the mig wire I needed. I figured cool, that's nice of him. Not only does he drop it off, he also gives me the company discount for a cash sale.
I was asking about Miller helmets. On their website they have the pro hobby and elite but not the performance. Just so happens he's got one in his back seat. So he offers to let me take it home and try it out. I declined. (Who offers to let you use a brand new $200+ helmet?) The guy was nice enough for everything he's done for me so far. I'd hate to take it home use it and not buy it. He told me not to buy it any way.......they have a sale coming up Oct 1st and I should wait till then.
To sum it up, he's been one of the coolest sales reps i've talked to and helpful. Also a really knowledgeable guy about the products they carry.
Their prices are fair on most stuff. They have free shipping on orders over $39.99 and up to 150lbs.
