Guardian coating

My father in law received some information regarding Guardian coating and asked me my opinion since I had an epoxy coating installed in my garage over 10 years ago.

I am seeking advice on what to tell him. His house and garage are 23 years old and the garage has never been coated.

A link to the actual company would be helpful. I found a place called Guardian Coating Solutions, but I don't know if that is it or not. If it is, they seem to use a combination of epoxy and polyaspartic coatings.
