it has a nice 1/4 pitch per 10' for the melted snow to roll right out the door and works great, only reason i had pro s do it .The pad is 30'x 30''I'll do my driveway but the foundation was to important for me to take on.

Got her framed and mostly sheeted on the weekend.no time for pics i was busy.

trusses up the next weekend, and sheeted.rock n roll goin broke. In my town the biggest you can go is 720 sq. ft and 18' to the peak,if you measure it i got em by a quarter inch on the cap shingles.3 12 pitchreal flat up top. 5/8 ply and ice+watershielded the whole roof.i had to make a porch out front for 6' so the inside of the garage is 720 sq. inside.I love the porch though i lined it later with cedar t+g(Lot of o.t. that summer),looks awesome and keeps the grill and patio gear out of the elements. I'll take some more photo s as i go,now its time to go pull some wire out there.
