Gutter downspout drain slope & concrete pour

I rerouted 2 gutter downspouts for a future concrete pour and had a few questions if anyone has any experience with this.

After trenching we sloped everything 1/8in to the pop up emitter however due to a sprinkler line we had to raise the start of the run a little higher which in turn put the start of the run right at ground level.

Any concerns regarding the slope messing up after backfilling?

Any concerns with the trenched area being a little higher when the concrete crew starts to prep & form the patio? In the third picture I have about 6.5” & 8” drop for the concrete to be poured and leveled with existing patio.

Any insight would be appreciated. If I need to redo it again I still have time if any adjustments need to be made.

What climate? It looks like heavy soils. They will settle. I'm in a deep freeze zone and that speeds up the process.
Without freezing, soak it and let it dry.
Are you running the slab past the parallel line? That would be a fairly large stretch to bridge if there is a lot of settling. Honestly, they should scrape dirt and use compacted base under the slab to do it right. How deep is dependent on soils and climate.

The pop up is awful close to the home. Is it possible to get it further away and downward slope? I'm guessing your goal is to get water away from the foundation.
I have had a couple of those. They hold water all the way back to grade of the popup exit level. Mine would freeze without drain holes. You would be happier to get that water further away even without freeze issues.
