For those of you that have used this product (several posts back in 2006/2007), how has it held up?

I am curious as to how it handles oil drips...will it stain or not?

Yes, it will handle all the spills that I threw at it without an impact. My complaint is that it just got dirty easily. A mop would not clean up the dirt easily, but Simple Green and a scotch-brite pad brought it back looking good. Tire prints appear as soon as I am done cleaning, but a mop will clean them up since they are fresh.

I applied this to my new garage before I moved in in 2001. It's held up OK but not great, that being said I didn't put it on as heavy as I think I should, just wanted a basic seal to help prevent fluids from penetrating into the concrete from auto leaks. I do a good amount of auto work, and especially around the 4 wheel areas from brake dust, grease, etc it is extra dingy there.

I wonder if I would have put a clear over it if it would have done much better.

But sure looks better than it would have with nothing applied!
