H&C shield Crete vs SuperCoat vs Rustoleum Water Based

I am looking to put epoxy in a basedment floor. The ability of water based epoxies to breathe seems desirable.

However, my question is if H&C , Supercoat, and Rustoleums product are all the same?

It seems H&C and supercoat are the same?

Any recomendations from people who have used this product? Does it last? Seems better reviews for supercoat than H&c ... is there a reason?

I used H&C when I moved in to protect the floor. It was a light color and got dirtly very easily. The only way to clean it is with a scotch brite pad. I have spots where it has lifted and flaked off. I'm not planning on using H&C again.
