A HF Supervisor got in touch with me and honored there "Beat any competitor price" as posted on there website. And for the comments about making a profile just to make the post, I have never had to post anything because I always find my questions already ask. sorry for any inconvenience.

Weird, the boxes aren't anything alike. May as well go see if the Chevy dealer will price match a Corvette for what a Mustang costs, I mean they're both sports cars.........

I'd like to see the receipt, but hf managers and above have great latitude.
I got free club membership, all of my coupons honored and an additional 15 percent off everything including my 12k winch.
The manager saw me at the counter checking out, reached aroundd the cashier and hit some buttons. Said thanks and walked off.
I had accosted her in the aisle asked her a polite question reached down and lightened her load helping her carry something to the front. I thought nothing of it appears that she did think something of it.
I checked out 15 minutes later.

So... I'll believe a manager type just got worn out and matched the price.

Sometimes, karma is a good thing. Being polite and helpful never goes out of style.

I had a manager use a 20% off coupon for a special order item. I paid in full, when it came in he returned it, it was then an in stock item, so he rang it out with the 20% and I was on my way.

I don't know how a 46" 9-drawer compares to a 44" 13-drawer. Even if you did somehow convince a manager to honor this absurd comparison, I think it's shady.

What the???? Home Depot ain't the same place and the products are not the same. Does HF beat prices on comparable products? Some stores want a customer's business and will try to make a sale rather than miss the chance to make a sale.
