I have been prepping my garage over the past month for a makeover. Last week I had the popcorn ceiling replaced with a double knockdown texture. Yesterday I had the walls painted a light gray. Today I had the floor epoxied and flaked. I watched these two guys work together like clockwork and within 2 hours they had ground the old floor, cleaned and prepped it then laid down a nice coat of gray epoxy followed by a 100% broadcast flake. Black, blue, white flakes and man, it looks good. Tomorrow at 8 am they will be here to finish it off. This was something that I wanted to do for many years but never got around to it. Thought about doing it myself but after watching these two young men work I realize that it was well worth the investment of having a pro do it. I was busy with some other things but will get some pics posted tomorrow.:3gears:

Sorry, not a big picture taker here. I was just stoked when the showed me the floor today. By the time I came back out they had already closed the garage door on their spacer.Tomorrow they lay the clear coat and ill post then. But here is an old packed shot of the barely accessable garage
plus some shots of the POD container, the ceiling and some wall shots as well as a shot of the insulation panels I installed on the garage door today. (before the floor guys arrived)

Floor finally finished today. Kwekel painting came in this am, scraped the floor then applied the clear coat. They did a fantastic job. And yes, a piece of leaf blew in but the floor is dry enough where it wont stick. I'ts still sliding across the floor when the wind blows...LOL. Im giving it 3 days before I move stuff back in. Glad this is over. Now comes the re-assembly phase.

Thank you......I really like it. Cant wait to finally finish it. I figure 3 days should be sufficient to start bringing in the stuff. I'll wait a week before I put the car in.
