Back last year, i went to buy a Vise. Guy was moving , basically made me take 30"x7' w/ 1/4" Steel Table. It was way too big and hard to move. So i cut it in Half , made two Tables and gave one to my Buddy.
I was using cheat Sears Box to roll Chop Saw and Grinder outside. I always hated that thing. Giving it to a Friends young son.

As you can see what Material i had laying around. I like doing Dirty Stuff on Apron in front of shop.
It will fit nice between Overhead Doors. Want to Mount Ground stud and Power strip.

So did you piss off the "Terminator" or what . . . . AND . . . he punctured your vise with a giant bolt and yanked out the handle??

I hope that 1/4" top isn't too heavy. It might be too much for that thin wall angle iron.

Usually a welding table will get heavy items and heavy pounding. Those legs won't take much more by the time you get a vise mounted.

I dont know, your table looks the goods for light use, I think you may have been using your whole *** on this project. you might want some diagonal brace's for more frame strenth though.

the Vise was missing Pin, i have this one made now, Just Need to cut down . I have a much bigger Vise mounted to HD Stationary Bench. Basically have no money in it, i had the scrap steel, buddy gave me Casters. This will do just fine for my intentions, primarily getting alot of dirty jobs outside.
