I bought 15 years ago a torque wrench 1/2 inch model number 9_31424 . I used it twice since I bought it . I was trying to chance the oil on my car while I was measuring the feet pound, the hand grip slide between the 10 foot 250 foot. If I remember correctly when you spinning you will select the correct foot pound and lock it. The hand grip slide freely between the measurement . Anyone knows how to fix it or any suggestion . I opened the cap and I noticed 2 bolts nuts inside. any hint?
