Your HID headlights probably have a ballast and an igniter. I think you will be better off replacing the existing headlight assemblies with ones designed to accommodate the Halogen lamps you want to use. A good junkyard or collision parts warehouse may have them.
I bought a set of original factory HID headlights assembly already and originally my car has Halogen. Please help if possibleeasy to wire but don't. HID beam pattern is way different, you need to change the housing to a projector, otherwise you'll just be blinding everyone. Very annoying seeing vehicles like that.
Most cars are wired for all of the same stuff regardless of trim and options, so it should be pretty simple plug and play, especially since mazda isn't known for blocking different modules and needing special software to activate for no reason (BMW anyone?)

So you are saying that your new lights you bought are HID, and your old ones are halogen correct? If so, buy a HID kit designed for the type of bulb that the factory HID uses and the type of bulb your halogen uses. Say it was halogen h7, and factory d2s. You would need the ballast, bulbs and the adapters. I have done this before instead of buying all the factory HID stuff.

I guessed 2011 on rock auto.
looks like the ballasts use a different connector than the h7 halogen low beams (not surprising)
looking at it, i believe it is a yazaki brand 090II sealed 2p. So you’d need the 2s connector to mate.
corsa-technic is who I buy from for Japanese stuff like that, looks like they have kits for 3.30$
You need to know how to crimp terminals like that to use those kits.
They are very similar to Aptiv/Delphi GT 280 or Metri pack push to seat stuff.
Cant quite tell if those lights/ modules have auto leveling if so you may need to disable it or add the sensor.
I haven’t done this on a Mazda, this is just me looking at it for 15 mins. Like folks said it would be good to go to a Mazda forum and see if someone has done a guide for this. I’d guess stuff exists for the speed3 enthusiasts and they use very similar lights

I've seen customers come in the store who have a used car that a prior owner put HID in. now a HID bulb burns out and those are $100/each. usually you have to remove the whole headlight assembly so that you can put it in your lap to work on to swap the units out, as there is just not enough room under the hood otherwise.
