hammer adze eye dimensions - is there a standardized spec?

Is there a standard for hammer adze eye dimensions? If so, what's the reference?

Or is it down to the opinion of the person building the hammer head?

Every single thing I have ever rehung has required handle modification of some sort, would I would say no. Standardization amongst that community has also packed up it's stuff and left the building.
