Any idea what type of hammer this is?
I cannot find any marks on it. It looks pretty unique and have not seen another one like that.
Any info, let me know.

I am thinking that it is an upholstry or carpet tack hammer. If the flat end is magnetic then that is what it is. I have no idea who made it but it looks well made.

Yep! Magnetic flat end. Didn't even think to check that. Yes, seems well made.

I like the shielding on the top of the handle. I haven't seen that before. I used to put whippings on my axes and some hammers and other tools but that's the way to go there.

That address is in one of the old industrial areas of Philadelphia. Used to have a large number of shops and factories that manufactured stuff including tools. There's still at least one company in the area that still manufactures tools. That address hasn't existed for decades. The building must have been torn down in the 60's, or 70's, or before. Now it's an on ramp for the Ben Franklin Bridge.
