Hand built European sport bike

A few months ago there was a thread here on someone in Europe who have built a complete and very exotic sport bike. I wanted to re-read and pass the article on but have done some searches and cannot find it.

Does anyone remember?

Thanks Sunbimmer. Very interesting thread but not the one I am looking for. The one I want is a European craftsman who built a sports motorcycle from scratch.

Was it a French guy and called a waukahn not sure of the spelling but has a S&S motor ?

Might have been French, but I think he built mostly of the motor himself.
