I worked at the corner garage during college. They had a product you rubbed into your hands before working on cars. It was supposed to help at cleanup time. I don't remember if it actually helped.

Anyone remember this

Silicone glove. I use it when working on stone.

Bringing this back to life.
I did the exact same thing. We moved in June and I left the old gojo pump over the mop sink in the garage thinking I would just get a new one when I build my new garage. The new garage is done and I just started looking for the pump and see it's discontinued.
I didn't really see an answer on replacing it here. I want the same one-handed plunger pump so I can get cleaner with one dirty hand.
Anybody ever figure out anything?
Zep wall mount dispensers are pretty easy to do one handed. They have a variety of cleaners to go in them. Personally I like the Cherry Bomb the best and Double Play and orange to go with it. Don’t know of any other GoJo ones.

I just started a jug of Purple Power that I bought at Oreillys. So far, I think it's the best I've used. Definitely better than the Orange GoJo that it replaced.

Gal mechanic I know showed me a neat trick. She'd scrape a bar of soap with her fingernails before work & the soap would keep the grease & dirt etc from getting under her nails, then it would just wash out when she cleaned up leaving her nails spotless.

The graybeards will recall this line: "Only one thing will clean these hands, Mister."

Kresto is the best I've used; very little is needed. The thing with Kresto is it needs more liquid to make it more fluid. A small squirt of Kresto and a couple squirts of foaming hand soap and rinse with water and your hands are clean. If your hands are really dirty, it'll probably take a second application.
