Hand holding nippers tool maker mark

Season's Greetings all,
I picked up a pair of rusty pliers last week. After cleaning up, they revealed a mark that shows a hand holding what looks like a pair of nippers (handle up, nipper end down). It doesn't photograph well but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with a mark like this. I don't see any words to go along with the image.

That's a nice logo but it's showing nippers pulling a tack or nail. It looks like the company must have made a variety of plier/cutter tools.
