I can't identify this tool.It was
found along the road. Some guess a wire stripper. I have wire strippers so that's not it. On one side it says "Fully remove all pressure before use" no brand name.

That's cool. I didn't know they made those. I deal with push to connect fittings all the time. I should try to find one. I want one now.
