Decided to use a harbor freight hand truck that has been sitting in my basement untouched for the last 2 years. The 1 inch square tubing I had left over from older projects and I bought a sheet of expanded steel for use on other projects.
here is the final product, painted with bedliner
should have put caps at the open areas, but i was too lazy
I had scrap ss pipe laying around so i cut section of it and put some stitch welds with 309.
scrap pieces keep the welder from being tipped over only problem i see is when i open the door to change out the wire I have to lift entire welder, so that little piece i might cut it off in future.
