I have a boat load of 5" and 6" random orbit sanding disc and am looking for a hand held pad that you can attach to a vacuum for dust collection. Want to use it where going at it with a ROS is just too aggressive and just a light touch by hand would be perfect. Is there such a thing?

I've seen them but not with a vacuum port. In my mind a vacuum port wouldn't be necessary for hand sanding unless you are the Flash. 
But 3D printing comes to mind. Or find a dead ROS & chop the top off along with the motor.

I have many as these are great for autobody work. There are none that have vacuum extraction however.
