Hanging tin help -- interior finishing

I'm prepping to start hanging tin in my new garage, 60x68x16. It is a pole barn style building.

I have a few questions:
1) The trusses are every 4' apart. I was planning to hang 16'x3' tin directly to the bottom of the trusses for the ceiling. I figured this would be doable by myself with the aid of my 6' son. Is every 4' enough attachment points for hanging tin on the ceiling???

2) The wall posts are every 10'. I wanted to hang the tin vertical.
Plan A> The simple answer is to just hang the 2x4 purlins horizontally every 2' up the wall and attach the tin (which is the same as was done on the exterior).
Plan B> I was considered framing in between the poles and hanging the tin flush with the poles. Would doing the wall studs every 3' (the tin is 3' wide with a 2" overlap) with a horizontal cross brace every 3.2' or so be a good alternative? That sort of a grid pattern will make insulating difficult, a) I don't think rolls/batts of insulation come ~3 wide, b) having to cut around framing every 3' or so would make for a tedious insulation install and the framing would be tedious too (but not impossible). Okay that sounds like a really stupid idea now.
Plan C> Or can I just put studs every 3' and skip the cross bracing? ... this is still an issue for insulating.
Plan D> I'll have to frame in on 24" centers to hang the insulation that comes in that width, then do Plan A with the exterior purlins? ... this is starting to seem like the best plan.

Your comments and suggestions please!!!

Keep the running conversation that you are having with yourself, going. You will answer all your own questions eventually.

That's how I come up with the answers I need. But people look at me funny if I do it out loud....

I did this in my last garage and basically I did #2 plan A, horizontal strips in between the studs, from floor to ceiling, then countersink screws thru the tin. I considered a sheet of plywood as a backing but figured it would bring the tin too far out from the wall, plus the cost of plywood was too much. The strips are cheaper but much, much more labor.

If you're insulating then whatever makes insulation the cheapest and easiest is priority.

On your ceiling, do you what you were going to do on the wall and fur it out with 2x2 or 2x4 material. Think of the 2x material as purlins. You can blow in in your attic area so spacing for insulation isn't an issue.

Blow in sticky foam is the best insulation idea ever. My dad just had his place done (40ftx80ft and 2 stories tall).

If you go that route, you don't need to vapor wrap the place, and you can frame however you please.
