Has anybody used the grips hansen sells to organize extensions and ratchets? I love my hansen socket trays but can't even find a real picture of the grips.
hhmm....and then I'm guessing for a soft grip ratchet handle you would have to use the next size up. I would "assume" the handle holder is made for metal handles.
I would also assume that which would be fine for me as I only own hard handles and prefer them over soft due to size. I really want to find a picture of them though not just the sketches on there site as they sate not cheap for as many ratchets and extensions as I own.

I have not seen them either. Hansen's description makes them out to be a pretty reasonable / useful organization solution. Are you planning on moving your box around much or storing anything vertically? If so, I don't think these are magnetized, so they might not be a good option for that application.
I am planning on reorganizing my ratchets and extensions with "terry clips" which seem to be a popular option. Have you given these a look? They're very effective, come in a bunch of sizes, can be plasti-dipped, and are cheap:
Sorry for not being able to help with the Hansen holders. I have the trays as well and love them. They have a reputation for good customer service, so I don't think you would have a problem returning them if you're unsatisfied. Happy hunting.
That's got me wanting to buy a set to try them out, but nobody but hansen seems to have them listed and 19 bucks for 1 set with shipping is too damn much just to satisfy my curiosity
