Google "Xoscope". If your into linux and DIY you can do alot of cool things on the cheap. and learn alot more than you would the other way.

Coming from someone who has a Modis with 4 channel lap scope. I wish I shelled out the money for the Picoscope. Get it from autonerdz.com and it comes with much more added value, the training they give is top notch. I may still even buy one because the modis is to cumbersome sometimes

Thats probably what im going end up doing just looking for something cheaper but theres no getting around it. Ive checked out many including the Escope and i just hate the software they have. Pico has done it right.

I'm going to resurrect this thread, I too am in the same boat as the OP.

Would like to get the PICO, but cost is an issue.

I'm looking at the Hantek DSO3064 kit

Along with the PICO Pressure Transducer kit

Anyone have either or?

I can purchase just the PICO transducer, and save a about $400; does anyone know if I can use my own compression and fuel line/fittings? I would assume all I would need is a few threaded adapters?

In the new PTEN magazine there was a pull out for that scanner and there is or will soon be an oscilloscope kit for it.

Yeah, I saw it, it is a 4 channel, but I bet the cost will be close to Hantek kit without any accessories. They said for a while it was coming out, so who knows when it will be actually be available. I'm hoping to purchase a scope in the next week or so.

I also would like to have a separate unit (PC) for the scope, versus switching between screens on the Autel.
