I have two pairs of Porsche boot kit pliers. Made in Germany by Hapewe, they're fixed joint with wire cutters (notches on the sides). These routinely go on eBay for between $75 and $150 each. They were originally included in all Porsche 914/6s* and, from 1969-1973, in the Porsche 911*.
The pair on top is simpler in design, and the finish has obvious imperfections. Function is top notch, play in the joint is minimal. Cutters work. I'd consider these to be in 'good' condition.
The pair on the bottom is more stylized, and it's finish is nearly perfect. Function is even better than other pair, the joint is tight and the cutters work well. I'd consider these 'near mint'.

I also have a few other odds and ends belonging to European boot kits of this era -- a few Hazet DOE wrenches, MB lug wrenches, and more pliers of this design. One of the pairs of pliers may be a pair that went in the 914/6 (they are unmarked), and the other are Heycos. Either would make for an accurate, inexpensive stand-in for a kit. Let me know if interested.
