I just put up a 10 x 17 harbor freight portable garage, the one with the zipper closed front. The first time it rained I noticed there were drops of water peppered all over my car! I was amazed a this and even wondered at first if this was some sort of condensation. Now it snowed and when I went inside and used a push broom to push up on the plastic to make the snow fall off, I was spritzed in the face, each time with water. So, it's clear this material is very permeable and that does not seem right. A 5 cent sandwich baggie holds water better. I called HF and after a 30-minute hold, I got a guy that said, well sorry it does not meet YOUR expectations, then he disconnected me !!! I got this thing to keep my car dry and its worthless for that. has anyone else had this issue ? Not sure what to do now, they don't seem to give a damn.By the way, any side you touch, on the inside when its wet outside will feel wet. The material is 100 percent JUNK

I bought one from tractor supply( round top brand)... Its longer than the harbor freight one but cost quite a bit more ... Anyway it has same problem as yours ! All my stuff was soaked from major condensation , i will say my friend has one he bought from menards i believe its the shed in the box he has no problems with his stuff getting wet or condensation must be a diff. Material i also noticed his frame was much sturdier than mine

Is it over grass/dirt/gravel? I had one and it would sweat like crazy but it was over grass. Parents used it over cement and no issues.

Yes it's over gravel-dirt , is that the issue ? I wonder if I put plastic sheeting over the gravel if it will block out any condensation ? Does anyone have one over dirt-gravel that does not become a sauna ? They really SHOULD tell you this in the adds or installation instructions if its common

If the moisture is condensation, then a vapor barrier on the floor will help a lot. I use heavy plastic sheeting or a tarp.

what you need to do is grade the floor so it is high in the middle, then cover it with a tarp, that will keep the rain water from getting under the tent and being drawn up by the sun.

I just put mine up last week the day after it poured on my concrete slab, it looked like it had rained indoors the next morning. Took 2 days to finally stay dry, and that is on concrete..

You need to put heavy poly on floor to avoid moisture issues year round. During winter frost is a very big problem if no poly on floor. These wigwams heat up significantly under sunny conditions during cold weather.

I have two of these and have experienced similar issues. I have since put down a vapor barrier and purchased a huge white tarp to go over the top of each one and the problem has been resolved. They have been alive for 2 years and done great. We get snow here once or twice a year and I make sure to keep it off of them for longivity. I really don't mind them, but they should be considered temporary.

Good luck!
