The email I received didn't have the coupon, just that it would be 25% off any item. The posted link fine print clearly excludes tool boxes, though........

I am now thinking of getting one more 7 drawer to complete mine.

Hey just a tip. Storing those aluminum craftsman jacks vertically will lead to them having problems pumping. Try to store and always keep them flat, if yours is already having problems pumping just bleed/fill it and it will be ok. Just saw the jack in the background and thought I would comment. ;).

I agree with kgorman on the sears Jacks exactly the same experiece with a jack stored vertically on a race trailer all fine stored flat.

But what about side cabinets for the roll-away.?????

I'm guessing no-go, but like anything it's going to depend on the interpretation of the local manager. Maybe they'll agree that's it not technically a cabinet and give you the benefit of the doubt.

Well, I'm heading out to pick this thing up. I'm throwing it in the back of my Blazer. I'm sure they will help me load it there, but when I get home it's me and my wife. Anyone have any good ideas for unloading it without destroying it?

Thanks I will give that a go. Does anyone know how tall this is without casters? I'd search, but I'm on my phone right now. Thanks.

i just put a couple boards on the bumper and slid it down. i unloaded it myself that way with no issues

Yeah, I did it myself too. It was still crated. slid the back edge out until I could set it on the ground and then walked it out worked fine. If it isn't crated be sure to have some heavy carpet scraps to keep from scratching it up.

Hey SnowBlaZeR2

With casters the work area stands at 39 1/4" and at the "lip" 39 3/4"
Without the casters the work area stands at 33" and at the "lip" 33 1/2". The "lip" is on the 3 sides of the top working area.

In terms of downloading it from your truck, its no big deal, I used a couple of furni pads/moving blankets to slide it off the bed of the truck onto another one on the ground not to scratch it, it all went very smoothly

Good luck and congrats on your new box !!

Hey, thanks guys. Just got home with it. Looks great. They had to unpack it and take one of the casters off to fit it in my Blazer, but it's in the drive way.

This is why I love GJ. Instead of telling me to search the answer out, I get productive replies. Thanks again everyone.

I have one of these and love it, also just got the 7 drawer side cabinet for Christmas from my dad.

News flash tho, harbor freight no longer lets you use the 20%coupons on the tool boxes tho. major bummer.

Upcoming HF retail flyers. 13 drawer for $369 one day, and tool cart on sale $169. Check applicable dates and both pages of each flyer.

Awesome, thanks for the insight on this flyer. I have been debating between Craftsman, Kobalt, and HF.....anyone out here have a Kobalt that they like. I am looking at this one, and then to add on later once I get more tools.

Hey guys,

New here. Looking to pick up this tool box and I see some of you have found it for 350 - did you just negotiate with the manager or is there a coupon? Are these stocked in store of do I order and pick up from a warehouse?

Thank you

They got it with a coupon which has now expired. It's well documented in this thread as well as links to find current coupons and future sales flyers.

There's virtually nothing that hasn't been covered regarding these toolboxes in this thread. Yeah I know it's a long thread. Start at the end and work back to the beginning for the most current info.

There is a current one that is $349 along with $359 and $369! Man I wish HF would stick with one sale price! :shocking:

Where did you find it for 349? Please post a link so we can all enjoy it!

Steve

It was in the local Sunday paper a couple weeks ago. I also have a $359 I believe. I'm thinking about getting another one with that when I get my garage cleared out.
