Thought I would share this. I picked up a new (to me) 5x8 trailer a few months back. It's pretty heavy and while it had a stationary jack, I needed something to help move it around the garage / driveway.
So I bought the big version of the trailer jack at HF. It's made by Haul Master, or at least mine is. Comes neatly packaged with clear instructions. Once I picked the best mounting location it took only 10 minutes to install it; 4 ample bolts thru the mounting frame and rear brackets.
The jack raises and lowers smoothly. The double wheels are very easy to maneuver around. The body of the jack itself is stout, and I probably over did it, but it's done and I'm happy with it. I've got around $25 invested in it.
I hope this is helpful to someone.
