Harbor Freight 20 bin storage cabinet

A while back somebody posted a discussion and plans for a storage cabinet that used the Harbor Freight 20 bin storage boxes. I printed out the plans but have misplaced all but the front page

Whoever that was that posted it can you post it again here of if someone has that thread bookmarked could you provide a link?
