Didn't hf stop doing most of the % off coupons years ago? They've had a few 10% off, a little more with their club thing.
No, they still put them out. Just not as often.
Aside from coupons for specific items, most of the more common "x% off" coupons are for a particular brand of tool and/or category of tool like US General storage items or Icon hand tools for example.

It's also not the 20% op asked for.
This coupon is club member early access only on 10/31, then all access.
Regardless it might save the OP a few bucks since it has no exclusions or he can wait for the 20%

Every few weeks I get an e-mail from HF saying something like "We missed you here's a 20% off coupon" There is never a coupon. What's up with that? It makes me annoyed at HF not more likely to shop there.

I get those, haven't used it, but there is a one time use coupon code I guess cashier enters into the system.
They have expiring date also,... usually a week time frame.
