Harbor Freight 20 Ton Press Help

I bought a HF 20 Ton press a year or so ago, maybe two. I have need for it and discovered it is missing some parts.

I am going to call the HF folks and see what they will do. But I may have to source them myself .

The parts I am missing are the two springs and the two eyebolts.

If you Have this press, can you measure these parts for me.

Need the spring length and diameter off the press and the eyebolt specs.

I might get some flack for saying it, but if you don't have any luck with HF, you might just want to buy another another one there, take the parts out that you need then return it. Make sure to tell them it's missing stuff, so someone else doesn't get stuck with it.. You have the grey one, I'm assuming..

the spring and eyebolts are just used to pull the jack back when its unloaded, so go to tractor supply and just get whats works,

The HF folks were very nice about it and found some in their parts bin in the back.

The springs are nothing special, same for the eye bolts. See pic
All they need to do is pull the jack back to rest position.
Should be available at decent hardware or farm store.

The springs are:

1” outer diameter. 5/32” wire diameter ( about 4mm)
9 “ approx length mine are stretched at rest because a larger air assist jack.

ok had go outside and look, I got the gray HF 20

coil 9.5 long compress, 0.174 wire diam, coil diam 1.25

eye bolt 5 inch long 7mm diam 3/4 hole 7mm 1/4>5/16
