I know this subject has been covered in depth but my plan is to install into my HVAC service van. Questions:
1. without the wheels what are the real outside measurements?
2. does the key lock all the drawers?
3. are the drawers hard to move? how can i keep them from flying open when driving the van.

I really think this will work great. thanks

1. My guess is 36in
2. The key does lock all drawers
3. They wont move if you lock the drawers. I wouldnt drive around with the drawers unlocked.

42-1/8" W x 18-1/8" D x 33-5/8" H without wheels and handle.

All drawers lock with the key.

They will slide open if you do not lock them.
