Harbor Freight 5 Drawer Cart coupon?

I'm thinking of getting one of these and have read the threads where coupons were used to buy it for less than the advertised $200 price, sometimes ridiculously less like $109.

I called my local store and they are in stock and I asked if any coupons could be used with the purchase. They said no coupons but they seemed to be referring to the generic 10%, 20% or whatever % off coupons.

From the threads it seems like there are specific cart discount coupons and you just had to wait for them to pop up in their ads.

Is this accurate and has anybody bought one of these recently with a coupon?

I see $169 and $179 fairly regularly. I would go to a bookstore and go through some car magazines. Many of them have HarborFreight ads and many of those ads contain the coupon you desire. I have not heard of anyone getting it for $109. Maybe the black cart but not the red.
