I got 2 from HF, and a pack of spare blades. I figured when the first one quit, I'd have a spare but the first one hasn't quit yet. Can't beat it for 10 bucks.

I bought one for a quick project i was working on and as soon as i hooked it up it did not work AT ALL. Not the first time ive had that experience with a harbor freight air tool. Harbor freight is ok for some things but others the quality is just not there.

I've had one for 4 years now. Sometimes the saw won't start on it's own. Drag the teeth of the blade on the workpiece and she'll take off. Not a big deal. Mine only sees duty a couple times a month if that.

Ohh ya, the thing is LOUD! It sounds like a damn mini-gun.

They are cheap and it shows. Mine worked good for about the first month. Then it started sticking and would need a little help starting. But for $10...

I have 2 and they both get absolutely abused by my son and I. They are holding up very well, no issues yet. We got them 3 or so years ago.

I use the variety pack blades you get at HD or Lowes, not the greatest but work.

Do regular sawzall blades work in these? I have been thinking about getting one for cutting steel up to 1/4". I bought a nice compressor so that I could run air for all of my tools.

I bought one at HF, it lasted about a minute or two of run time and locked up (I tried to drag start it, didnt help) , they replaced it with no questions, the second one has 2 or 3 minutes run time on it, still working, but still new, and the blades do ****. But they are almost free, and a real one is a C-note or better, right? Its a once a year use for me, so I guess it was a fair deal, didn't pay nothing, didn't get nothing..

Regular sawzall blades won't work, but I've always used jigsaw blades in mine for heavier cutting and they work well.

I have one, it's ok. Work deently on sheet metal but do yourself a favor and ditch the HB blades and buy some decent ones. The HF blades never last. Plus the saw seems to use a lot of air, when I'm using it it seems my compressor is always going. Mine started sticking after using it a lot too, but I stated oiling it everytime I use it and it rarely does it anymore.

I've got one but I think I bought it from Northern tools. When I first hooked it up it wouldn't work at all. had to drag start it and finally got it goin. Had no power at all and stalled quite often.
I didn't use it for quite a while, then my son started using it for speaker holes... seems like the more it gets used the better it works!
