Same here, nobody has been able to resolve it. I have tried with online customer service 4 times and I have asked every time I was in the store, including today (5 times). The manager was the one ringing me out and I had already given up on the membership and he told me he would look into it, so I will tell you if they actually manage to fix it. Another employee told me a few days ago that they are preparing to upgrade their entire computer system.

mine still shows up as renew now as of a few minutes ago, but at the store it shows I am a paid up current member. I most likely won't order online anyway as long as I don't get shut off online to the current ITC promotions so i know what they are before going there.

You might try this, it's a long shot, but log out of their website, clear your Harbor Freight cookies and then log back in, Maybe that will update your on line ITC renewal.

I did all that, cleared all the history from all my browsers, windows temp files, etc. Its their site.been like this for two months. i thought maybe it would just play out and drop off after the renew date it was showing since I renewed a week or two early but it never did. From what i see on line it only shows historic digital purchases of ITC memberships, not in store. It is as if is two separate entities, when i first joined in store , that date a few years ago does not show but the online renewals afterwards do.

Finally joined ITC for the recent 30% off $20 and under coupon. Limit of 5 items, so I asked nicely and the cashier was kind enough to let me make 8 consecutive transactions. I only admit that because I know this is a safe space

If you can wait you should. The best coupon for 189.99 expired on 2/6/26. Previous coupons have been between $199.99 and $249.99 over the last 3 years.
