It's a service cart, not a roller or tool chest. Try it online or in the store. That's how I got mine (In the store). Clerk thought it wouldn't work but it does. Service carts are exempt from the 20% coupon exclusions.

Just did it online with a shop20 coupon code and printed a copy for in store use.

Can't use a 20% coupon with a super coupon, but you CAN apply it to the $199.99 sale price.

The change was back on 08NOV10. It is a writting policy. That "cart" is listed as a large toolbox and is not allowed to be bought with a 20% coupon.

You are absolutely wrong. Have you tried to put one through?

I just talked to one of your store managers, Brian. I am asking him to get his manager to call corporate and verify that the use of the 20% coupon on service carts is not just a glitch in the computer system, but a real decision by corporate. What I am trying to do, is to get your store (Myrtle Beach) on the same page as the rest of he country so people will buy this great cart. Your management is reading the coupon incorrectly and when you pass this along online it discourages people from buying a great product and supporting the company.

Sorry, it was a different reason entirely. (I'm not actually buying it, helping my cousin) The red cart was just much heavier than we thought it would be, so we are going with the lighter black cart instead. It's going to be a sort of mobile workstation that will be moved from site to site.

So... never go to try the 20% off on the tool cart...

Well, thanks to a Garage Journal member, all the HFT stores that were not allowing the use of the 20% off coupon will now be in fact getting an email from the TM's telling them that the 20% is allowed to be used on the black 4 drawer and red 5 drawer tool carts. The computers are also supposed to be getting changed to allow it, in the districts that block the 20%, like ours. If anyone has a problem getting a cart, have the store call or email the coupon department in California.

NO, you either use the 20% and the sales price or use the regular coupon.

I was on the site about 2 weeks ago, and it was listed as on sale, clearance, and on back order.

It still let me order it, so I figured it was worth a shot.

Price was $36.47, and then I put in SALE20 for a coupon code.

I received a tracking number earlier this week and should have it in a few days.

I don't know why it is back on the site at normal price.. I figured it was discontinued.
