I purchased something I’d like to return, but the receipt was thrown away when the credit card receipts were reconciled. Unfortunately the email receipt also got deleted. I purchased in store and on my inside track account. Does anyone know if they can look it up at the store register by ITC number to do a return? I’m well within the 90 days.

I’d be happy to take a store credit towards a 56” box with today’s coupon.

Yes, I've done it with some lights I purchased but then changed my mind on. Was pretty easy at my store.

Have your wife go in, ask to speak to the manager, threaten to never shop there again, and make a scene. Seemed to work for the guy in front of me last time I was there

No problem getting them to look up my order by phone number and do the return. I resisted the 56” box at 20% off. I’ve been spending a bunch of money setting up my boat for charters and still have more to go.

I have returned stuff to HF without showing any receipt. If they ask for your phone number when checking out, they can find the receipt from your phone number account. The fact that you get e-mail receipts means the receipt is in their system with your name on it.

Short version: No physical or electronic receipt would concern me not one little bit.
