After 5 days, multiple emails and FB posts, I still cannot get ANYONE from the company to state what the coupon policy is. Corporate keeps referring me to the local level. Local DM response.

"There is some confusion on our in store company policy on coupons. Your question is a good question and will require us to give the stores a clearer understanding of the policy. While we try to get a clearer understanding I would like to make sure you get you free item. "

Why is it so hard for them to actually specify the exact policy on multiple coupons in one order? I honestly don't have a problem either way, I am now just pissed that they won't answer a direct question!

I have had one for 6 years now. As mentioned they are not as good as some of their other tool chests/boxes. Mine has held up well though and at the time I bought it ($129 I think), I was real short on money and needed space.

Interesting. I used a 20% coupon and a free item coupon in the same order at the store. They, however, wouldn't let me use two free item coupons on the same order. I had to split it up into two separate purchases.

I got the red 5 drwer tool cart and I am very happy with it. Took awhile to put it together but it is very sturdy and holds a lot of tools . No coupon necessary to get it for the 199 sale price

From what i understand, the policy is you can use as many coupons as you want on one order, but you cannot stack more than one coupon per item.

I've used 20+ coupons on one order.

Does the 7 drawer side cabinet ever go lower than 199?

Never seen a coupon for it. Just the same ol 199 flyer price.

I really hate my local HF. Last 3 "big" items I've tried to go get, they are out of stock on. Last one I had to drive 1.5 hours to get one. Grrrrrr

First time post!

I picked up the HF tool cabinet with the $349 coupon yesterday. I tried to play the 20% coupon along with it and worked with the cashier to get the best deal. Apparently the local store has coded the registers to not allow coupons that eliminate certain items such as the tool cabibnets. There was no way for me to use a restricted coupon. I am very pleased with the cabinet. Loaded it and put a fresh dent and a scratch on it in the first hour of use.... I guess its been initiated.

where can i find the current valid coupon for the 44" roll-away chest and the 26" wide combo? anyone know if the new shiny red is the same on all both of these and if it is the same as the 5-drawer cart? friend of mine who has the cart is thinking about either the 44" roll-away or the 26" top/bottom combo...
