Their argument is that if they allow printed coupons, people can run off dozens of them and use them on every purchase. Can't say I disagree.

I do just that. Every time I go, I have a coupon for a free item with my purchase. Sometimes if I just want the item, I buy a .99 paintbrush.

I've never been turned away.

Hell I had an employee offer to let me use the free flashlight coupon on top of the 20% off last time I went in. Their computer system will let them do whatever, it really does just come down to the cashier/manager.

Does anyone have a coupon for the 5500 watt 6500 watt max rated Predator Generator? The one i have is for $459 i believe...but i swear i thought there was one out there that was MUCH cheaper than that...anyone have a hook up?

Also, anyone have experience with these generators...they have good ratings but, figured id ask.

This has probably been asked before. I have never been to a HF store. I notice all these coupons state something like "original coupon must be presented"

Does that mean I can't save a copy of the pic in post #3802, print it out on my inkjet printer and take it to HF?

i downloaded "dropbox" on my computer and phone. I save the scan of coupon (from this site) into drop box, then access the pic on my phone in store. no need to carry coupons, and all the freebies are on my phone for my picking when i get to the store. (voltmeter, tarp, 36" grabber, tape measure, fly swatter, screwdrivers)
i check out, and use a coupon. my 3 year old daughter gets something she wants (typically the free fly swatter or 36" grabber) and i let give her some money to make a purchase for me, and my wife makes a purchase and gets a freebie. all using the coupons from my phone.
able to use the 20%/25% off coupon from phone, and the freebie coupons. i haven't really found any larger items that i can afford to put the bigger priced coupons on my phone, but that is doable also.

Yep, I lay out 3 or 4 coupons when I go in there, and they let you use them on one purchase. Last time, I bought a 7 piece metric Pittsburgh Pro ratcheting wrenches for $17 (normally $34), and a set of funnels, a multimeter (free), and shop rags -- all for like $21.

And they let you stack coupons when ordering off their website too. S/h is pretty reasonable too -- $7 for UPS ground for a $35 order. HF is far enough away from me where $7 for the convenience of having it delivered is worth it.

my store in Roanoke VA will not accept the 20% coupon for tool chests and some other items, they point out that the cupon excludes such things.. I have the 44" box and feel that it a great deal for 359

It's expected for cloth, school supply, computer, etc., to be tax free. Hardly
can I imagine or to be able to find something from HF that would fit in the
