Have my eye on the double ratcheting box set, and the double box set with a fixed end and ratcheting end.

35% off will definitely help.

Has anyone used the snapring pliers? Are they decent quality?
I bought them a couple years back on a sale for around $30. I haven’t had an excuse to use them, but the case does take up significant room in the tool box. I probably could’ve passed on the purchase and just stuck with my old Craftsman for the once a decade I actually need them. I used to do a lot more drivetrain work in my 20’s than I now do approaching 50.

Semi professional use here.. they are not bad, especially for the price. If you aren't using them everyday they are for sure worth it IMO. I paid $50 bucks for my set in a pinch and couldn't wait for shipping on a knipex set and would do it again

Interesting topic...

Quality has either diminished on snap ring pliers or a lot of people don't use them correctly.

If you live close to a HF the Icons are probably a good choice. Out of 1193 reviews only 87 are 3 stars or less. They have a lifetime warranty.

I bought a bunch of warehouse deal Hazet's from Amazon really cheap(under $10 each) about 8 years ago but I don't use them constantly. When I need them they work.

If you want to spend the money this is actually a good deal. Might not seem like it but look at KCTools or Zoro. Just food for thought, maybe the $40 Icons are good enough :ROFLMAO:

Hercules needs to make a 3/8" 20v right angle ratchet. All they have now is the 12v. :(

I don't have an official link for these yet but the source that posted is usually right

Not the greatest but I think its the same as last year, maybe not. If you don't have anything large to buy it kind of disappoints. But you can use it for 3 days so you have that.

I am assuming this is the best way to get a canvas tarp?
I always go to go.harborfreight.com/ to see if there are often coupons for an item. I was in the local lanes on the highway a couple months ago and saw a canvas tarp in the express lanes. I exited and had to go back quite a distance to hit the express lanes, but scored the 10x12 in perfect condition :)

Used my Inside Track Club membership to get 20% off on a US General 27" toolbox stack. I'm impressed with the quality. Got the bottom yesterday, and going to pick up the top today. The coupon says one purchase per day, but the HF worker said they can override that. Didn't know or would have gotten both yesterday to save a trip.

Got home with the top box, and saw that the lid was dented on one corner. Took it back, but they didn't have any more. They offered a nice discount, so I accepted that and went home again. Stacked the top on the bottom and noticed that the entire thing was skewed, like a trapezoid. Back to the store again, and this time ordered a replacement. The HF people were nice and professional. And my buddy who was helping was laughing joking the whole time. That was a great help. Oh well.
