well i bought 2 for $59.99ea today. bought the 2pc 1500 dollies last week for $49.99 so between those i'll be good for a while. if i see em for $49.99 i'll pick up 2 more.

The Harbor freight in potomac mills would not take computer printed or scanned coupons. They said they needed actual coupons. the manager stated a that a "limited number" of coupons are printed so thay have to take only the originals.

I went ahead and bought a copy of Muscle Mustangs andd Fast Fords April issue has the $99.99 580lb cart coupon expiring 6/22/11 yes price good until June 22.

When they tell me that, I ask them how am I going to get the coupons that HF sends to my e-mail? Works every time.

Just called the store for a clarification. They said as long as the bar code is visible, and the number for the item and below the bar code is readable, they take it. They know the HF website has coupons and I reminded them they send coupons by email. I also asked them to kindly remind all the store employees of this policy because someone had been told differently. She said they shouldn't have been told that and she would follow through. They have lots of turnover in employees and the recent changes in policy have gotten lots of people confused, even at my store here in Detroit. If you have trouble, ask the store to verify with corporate. Do it on the spot.

Yes, Hold the line up and ask to speak to a manager, then the store manager. If they won't help you, Tell him you want the District Manager's phone number right then. Hold the line up somemore and call him and tell him what is going on. Then tell him you are inline waiting to check out and you will wait for him to call the store.

Bill,

I have no dog in this hunt, but I wanted to say "thank you" for doing this. It's always great to know that there is someone who can offer support when there truly is an error on the store's behalf. As a regular HF shopper, I appreciate having someone here on that can clarify issues from the "inside perspective".

This applies to the other HF posters as well. Thanks guys.

I got my March 2011 HF flier in the mail today. The mechanical wheel dollies are $59.99 again, with a limit of 5. As far as I'm concerned, this is a great deal; I got a set of these in June of 2010, and I wish I'd gotten them this cheap! I reviewed them here back then, and I still feel like I got my money's worth.

Thanks for starting this thread RbrtAWhyt. I was wondering about where to get the best coupons. HF changes the sale price by quite a bit. Just look at the price for the Cent-Tech Laser thermometer. I've seen coupons for anywhere between $26 and $40. List is $60.

I know Harbor Freight has great prices on their items, but I am very dissapointed with the life of some of them.
I bought an upright 20 gallon compressor that has had minimal use and it now has failed to pump over 40#'s pressure.
Until I could decide what I was going to buy, a buddy loaned me a small Harbor Frieght compressor with a pump similar to the one I had.
Well! Guess what! It would only pump 50#'s pressure.
I bought an Ingersol Rand 20 gallon upright from Northern Tool and will never go to that China junk.

Just wondering if anyone has a copy of the 2.5hp 21gal vertical air compressor coupon for $139.99. I let one slip by me, so I know that there is one out there that expires on 5/8/11. Any help would be great, thanks.

I used the $99 coupon yesterday for the 4 drawer tool cart, its very nice. Just before I got to the store, someone bought out all of the red 5 drawer boxes in stock! So I wasent able to compare, but this one swallowed up all of my tools.

Yes, again, wish I had seen that before I paid $200.00 used, for my blue point cart with the too shallow top and drawers.
