Anyone have coupons for 1/4 & 3/8 torque wrenches and the 4 Piece Fuel And Auto Trans Line Disconnect Tool Set?

The October Car Craft has the torque wrench coupon. They are $9.99 each. Your choice of 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2. I just bought them myself. Better quality than expected. If nobody else gets to it I'll scan it when I get off tonight.

Heres one I got in the mail today I'm sure the meter hoarders will find it useful

That's strange, lately I just save the images to my phone and if I'm going to use the coupon on an item I just show the cashier and they usually accept it like that. They just punch in the code on their computer.. maybe you could try that? I'd just call the stores near u and ask if they'll accept a coupon if It's saved on your phone.. save you some gas

Some coupons..

Like if i printed the ones that zephry or samson posted. they would deny me....is it just me?

I gotta say, all this thing is any good for is filling tires :/

Must be something wrong with yours. I had the older red one (same thing) and with 3/8 hose and high flow fittings I could break lose Honda crank pulley bolts with their Earthquake. Using an air ratchet or grinder is to much for it but to say it's only good for filling tires ? Must be something wrong with yours.

In an attempt to return the favor, here's a great price on the multifunction tool in case someone is interested. I own one, as do most of my buddies. We all give it high marks. Several had purchased the Dremel multifunction tool first and later purchased one from HF after the Dremel gave up. It's slightly noisier than the original, but no one seems to care. Even comes with a spare set of brushes.

They actually like the HF version better!

Best coupon I've seen on this item. $16.99.

Any coupons for,
1 HP 4" X 6" Horizontal/Vertical Metal Cutting Band Saw
Central Machinery - Item#93762

Right now it is $239, does anyone know if it ever drops well below this price? Or is the best bet to buy at this price and use 20% off coupon?
Thanks

Huh, interesting. I had the old red one (which I believe was .5hp more than the new one) and it was absolutely useless. I actually bought it FOR removing a Honda crank bolt. Not only could it not do it with the 1/2" EQ, but it couldn't do it with an IR231 either. I actually just exchanged it a couple weeks ago for the new one (2yr replacement was almost up) and I don't really feel like the new one is any better (though, a bit quieter).

What kind of line and fittings did you use ? Also on mine there was something wrong with the shutoff switch ,it would turn off the motor before it his the right pressure. I adjusted it and used straight hose, (no disconnect at the compressor) and used the Milton connects on the impact side. Without that you're right ,it really doesn't have any balls.

On my red one I had a direct threaded 3/8" goodyear hose, with a quick on the tool end. Right now I have quicks on both sides since I (as previously stated) didn't feel its good for anything but filling air, so I didn't see the point in going through removing the pre-installed quick.

Its possible the last one I had could have been garbage. I haven't done anything with my new black one but fill tires. Though, I filled my daughters 2 bike tires, and one empty car tire and the compressor kicked on again. Seemed awfully soon.

Hi All! a new to GJ and love it. You guys have so much tips on tools. Thanks you all!

I was at the Garden Grove Calif Harbor Freight Aug. 8th and they have the big DEMO 56" tool box Discounted for $500. NO KEYS, but, all big drawers can be open. It located in the front of their storage room. I spoke with the manager on shift, he told me I can buy for $450 plus tax. Hope it still there for someone who need it.

Good deal, good luck

I have e the 21 gallon and I don't think it's that loud. Mine is also not staying on though. I got it off of cl and it was a refurbished one. I think he's going to help me out though.

How do you like it? I've been complementing if I should get this compressor.. would use this with impact wrenches, air ratchet, I doubt any grinders or cut off tools.. been looking at either the husky 30 Gallon or this one.. money is a factor too given It's about a little over double..

I would like it if it worked. Good cfm, not too loud and oiled, price is good etc.

I would probably get the 29 gallon. Look at the reviews on the 21 vs the 29.

Does anyone have any ideas about discounts for the red roller cabinet top chest or 42" End Cabinet ?
It sounds like those are usually kept at full price?

I was looking for previous deals for the top chest, and I had seen something about a magazine coupon for it last holiday season (Nov/Dec) for $249. Apparently there was another coupon for it for $279 at some point, but I wasn't ever able to track that coupon down.

It seems like all the cabinet add-ons are normally full-price, but I'm hoping that they do the magazine coupons again this holiday season. I haven't really been interested in the end cabinet, so I can't really comment on it.

I still have a rain check since May 8th for two of the 67436 two shelf end cabinets. There was a coupon back then for $129 but they have been out of stock on them for over 3 months now.

try checking CL, I found my 2 (item#68785) 7 drawer end cabinets on KSL.com in Salt Lake City (I drive there for work a lot) for $320 for both, they were in great shape, looked new still, had the keys and tags never used, not a bit of dirt in any of the drawers, I got lucky, one had a scratch on one side but its against the roller anyway.

Well, thanks anyhow. I tried the 20%, but to no avail.
Still the set-up shown was a pretty good deal:
13 Drawer lower box: $349.99
Top Chest: $299.99
Side Cabinet: $199.99

All-in for less than $850 - that's not bad.
Add the 5 Drawer Service Cart for $169.99, and I am pretty much set.

And to top it all off, my step-son was very happy to get my old Craftsman:beer:

I'm confused. You have been posting about how awesome your toolbox is (and I agree) but your forum name appears to state that Harbor Freight is beneath you.:headscrat
