They've been handing those out at the stores too. Any suggestions from people on what to use it on? About every higher dollar item I can think of is listed in the exclusions - tool boxes, tool carts, welders, etc...
Either the Earthquake impact, the 3 in 1 nailer, the 2HP dust extractor, or if you were thinking of a lathe/sander/etc. as those either don't go on sale often or the 25% is better than other coupons can get you.

I believe the 25% coupons are only for the 1 day new years "in store" sale. Ya pretty much gotta be physically there to use it.

the New Years 25% off 1 item coupons are good online, in store or by phone. Says it right on the coupon. It is only valid January 1st

Was told about the creeper sale and couldn't find the coupon - you guys had it!
While I was here I got the 3 ton jack for $69 and picked up a secondary torque wrench for $12.99 but now see it went down to $9.99 so ill be going back!
I'm keeping my eyes open for the tool cart if and when that goes on sale again! This place is great!

Went to the store down the road from me. I tried to use my New Years Day 25% on the parts washer. It was on sale for $79. Cashier said coupon wasn't valid on that item. I told her "Its not any of the items listed on the coupon. Why is it not valid?" The manager said its already on sale so you cant use the coupon. I calmly told him "If I cant use the coupon, I'm not buying today" He shrugged his shoulders, I gave my 25% coupon to some guy walking in as I walked out.
I guess the % off coupons are getting harder to utilize for the stuff I want.

I figured that out too today as I had a coupon for the 96289 heat gun @ 7.99 or use the 25% coupon of the "sale price" of $13.99. Nope it comes off the retail price of $19.99.
So I used the $7.99 coupon and threw the 25% away

That must just be the manager at your location. I used 6 of the 25% coupons to buy 12 plug super power strips, today. The strips and several other items I bought were on sale. The retail price on the strips was $24.99, marked down to 19.99, and I got them for just over $15.00 each. Between all the 25% and 20% coupons, plus a friendly cashier, I made out like a bandit.

These things are heavy duty construction and fit atop the 56" tool boxes like they were made for them. Easy way to add a power station to the boxes as well as on my counters. Cant beat the price for what you get.

Ya each store is different mine I used at least a dozen coupons today the 25% one a 20% one and a bunch of Inside Track coupons saved $72.00. Got a ton of stuff. Will Post pics later tonight.
I was pleasantly surprised, that's the first thing I bought from HF that plugs in. Still going strong a few years later. I actually popped its internal breaker once, was dumbfounded for a few minutes because I didn't realize it had one.

I used the code online as I live an hour from a store. It took the 25% off the top of a sale price on a laser level. I think your manager is making his/her own rules.

Not a coupon but I was at HF today and I got a flier for their sale Jan. 11-13. Says that the 44" lower cabinet will be $359 and the upper will be $269 on those days. I just might have to take them up on it to supplement my SO boxes.
Just got this set, top before christmas and bottom after with coupons for those prices. I have been looking at boxes for a while. This set is built quite well and the price is great when compared to many others, now if only I had a garage to put it in! (That isn't 2 hours away)

Thanks, I looked it up and it's been law since 2007.
There is a 25% off coupon that was mailed to certain customer valid for the month of January in a glossy paper coupon booklet. I saw a HF customer with it. Perhaps someone can scan and post it here for the rest of us that HF deems not worthy of getting this special discount.

HF does not deem these coupons I just used mine yesterday it has to do with the inside track members. The cashier asked me for my IT card when I used mine.

I was also told that up to 5 people can go in together on the insidertrack. Me and father in law went together. They give you 5 different cards that can be scaned.

I was in my local HF buying the 6 ton jack stands and the manager looked them up on the computer and said with the coupon I had they were only making $7 on them.

The managers have a field which is the lowest price they can sell it for. The manager had pricing discretion at the time (about 10 years ago)
I negotiated $100 off a 240v Hobart welder when I was buying a 12x36 metal lathe. I got $1000 off plus stands for free on the lathe as it had been in the back of the store since they opened. They asked me to buy the lathe after I bought a mill that they also wanted out of there.
