BTW, thanks for the 359 coupon, picked up the 44" cabinet yesterday and for the price I couldn't be happier!

This has probably been covered many times before but exactly how did you use the coupon? Print it out from here? Or just give the cashier the number from the coupon?

18 Volt Cordless 1/4" Hex Impact Driver is a pass. Out of the box ready to go. Really low cost, but works just as good and looks just as good as the more expensive brand names. I should have bought this a long time ago.

18 Volt Cordless 1/4" Hex Impact Driver 01

I attached a Q for anyone who wants to get one.

Happy Shopping!!!

I just printed it off from here and they did a price override because they couldn't scan it and it was still valid. I also double up and got the free rotary tool kit. I'm sure everyone else knows but she told me I could use any of the free item coupons whenever you're buying something with another coupon or a % off coupon. I wasn't real sure how that worked but she said it was no problem.

I've been eying that 44 toolbox for a while. Is 359 about as low as it goes? And how long is this coupon good for. I didn't see the expiration. Thanks for the help

That's as low as you'll be able to consistently find a coupon. Coupon posted above expires 6/26/13.

It is currently at $399 in store but use a 20% coupon and that will bring it down.

I usually keep a stock of 20% coupons "Just in case"

The one I have posted expires 6-26-2013, so you have some time to save or think about it. What I love about HF is that if after you purchase it, you can get a refund of the difference in price if the sale price drops or another Q with lower price comes around. 30-90 days, depending if sale price drops or Q with lower price.

I have done this many times. I don't worry about getting lower price, of course I try to get lowest price from the get go, but I can always go back at least 90 days to get difference in price. Sometimes if you wait, they run out of stock. It tends to go fast when on sale or Q offered at a great price.

"You can't use this on excluded items like storage tools and carts."

I can vouch for this. I went in this morning to get the 44" chest and no dice. None of the 20% coupons work on tool chests or carts. :(

I was planning a SteveO style bench with 2x44's for my new mill.

Seriously though, even at $359 its the best deal you are going to find unless someone is selling their box on craiglist for cheap, but I've found most of those selling on CL are selling for almost full retail.

anyone have a coupon for the infamous 2 ton T handle jack? I found this 109, but you gotta buy it for 3 bucks haha
http://www.kouponthis.com/downloads/1268050/

much appreciated!

You might have to touch this one up so the code is more visible but here you go. It was even in this thread. :)

Here is a coupon for their "rarely on sale" 2ton jack. The one that has the T-handle, foot pump and is the highest lifting one they sell. Usually "on sale" at $140, this is the first I've seen it below that. Coupon is in current "Popular Mechanics"

Coupon #47978246

Agreed. I had both coupons bookmarked, but after seeing both in person, I got rid of the coupon for the black one.

I received my HF coupon book today and was thinking about purchasing the 1 ton folding shop crane. That's until I read the reviews and compared the specs between the 1 ton and 2 ton folding cranes. Now I'm set on the 2 ton.. Does anyone know where I can obtain a coupon for the 2 ton folding crane? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Picked up a 44 inch box yesterday for $359. Had to laugh at the alleged "crate" around it.

Where are these reviews? I had read good things about the 1-ton crane. I can't see me using it often so I though that for $100 (w/ coupon) it was a good deal.

Does HF allow rainchecks? I see the 3200 rated generator is on sale again until the end of next month and last time I went in they were out of every one of them.

Google will provide a few reviews; no bad ones, just different ones pertaining to the different scenarios.

If you don't use it that often, the 1 ton should work just fine especially on smaller engines for smaller cars.. On larger cars with deep engine bays, you might find yourself in a pickle and have to pull/install from the side of the vehicle, not to mention removing the hood. When removing the body from frame on a resto, you will probably need the larger one anyway. In most cases this job requires the most height and reach obtainable.
On a side note, the rule of thumb ( for me at least ) is to divide the lift rate by two to be on the safe side. Also, the further you extend, the lift rate decreases yet again for every notch lengthened. So for a few more bucks, I say bite the bullet and go with the larger unit that also has a heavier lift rate to cover all your needs.
As far as the 1 ton being a good deal for a $100, I think its a great deal. Just as long as the job doesn't require the larger unit.

I believe they do and they may even raincheck it for a coupon price
if you find a good coupon.

Like this one :D

I keep seeing notes on this thread about the latest coupons. HF has them online and will give you the discounts from an image on your cell phone.

Save these URLs on your phone and when you get ready to check out give them the number at the bottom of the coupon.

Hey everyone!!! I finally got my free mail catalog from HF. My very first issue!!!! I feel like framing it. I did however video document the whole thing. I notice some good walk in the door prices on some items. Check it out and hopefully you see some good deals, I know I did.

05-2013 May 2013 Issue 8221 Harbor Freight Tools Catalog and Super Coupons

Also attached 20 Gallon Parts Washer Q, but is on sale as you can view in my video. I wonder if a 25%Q can yield better price?

Happy Shopping!!!!:bounce:

Well I got the 21 Pocket Heavy Duty Tool Belt and have to say there are a lot of FAT carpenters out there in the world. Or I just need to eat a tub of lard.

21 Pocket Heavy Duty Tool Belt 01

I attached a Q for a hammer. That's my next purchase. Will still keep the old one as back up or sell it.

Had the same issue when i bought the 8750 generator last year. They put my name on a list, they called from the top down, first come first serve, sale price was honored.
