Hey, have you guys ever thought about closing this thread and just becoming members at SD? It appears that most of the coupons posted here come from there.

Just a thought.

I check SD before I make any HF purchases.

I do see coupons on here (scanned from mags) that I rarely see on SD.

Thanks to all those who scan!

They get some of the coupons from here like all the freebies that Upgrading
just posted. We just share between the two sites.

Every now and then that pops up as a coupon for the inside track club. It isn't a normal magazine coupon though.

I'm an ITC member. Any idea what that coupon price is? Right now it's $47 on the website so minus 25% with a coupon would be $35.25. Wondering if the coupon is lower and worth waiting for.

It's in the July coupons for ITC members. Not much cheaper.

I'd really like to get the 12 ton jack stands, but never see them on sale. Anyone ever see them on sale? Looks like I'll probably go with these.

The 20 Ton press is on sale for $169.99, use the 25% off coupon below to get it for $127.49

The press #32879 or #60603

25% coupon (valid 7/4 only)
http://www.harborfreight.com/25off-july2013.html#

$169.99 (plus oversize shipping) is the online price. It is $199.99 in store. Perhaps your local store matches the online prices but most don't.

That said:

$199.99 minus 25% puts you at $149.99.
There is an online coupon that gets it for $159.99 or a magazine coupon that gets it to $149.99 into September. For my money I would use the mag coupon and save the 25% off for something else.

I have the same HF engine stand. Unless you look for used that is about the best price you are going to get. I was able to find my engine stand at a garage sale. Paid $60.00 for it; it had never been used. The guy wanted $75.00 for it but it was late in the day. I was prepared to by new from HF until I found this one. I have a 4.3L boat motor on it right now. It is a good stand.

Good Luck

Actually, $169 is the in store price right now too. At least it was at my local store.

I called the two nearest to me and both said it was $199.99 in store according to their computer. Did you get the orange or the gray version?

I'll be picking one up soon either way. I have the orange version but the press plates that come with it have a tendency to explode. I could buy new plates online for about $150. However, the new style of press comes with much better plates. My plan is to buy the new style, keep the plates and sell the press. I'm hoping I can end up with new plates for less than half the cost of the internet option.

The orange one was on display but I requested the gray one. Seems a little heavier duty and a little better constructed.

Tag on orange display had a $169.99 sale tag on it and the gray one rang up at $169.99 before the 25% off coupon.

Maybe it is regional. I'm in MN.

I just purchased the 44" box yesterday. I had the $359 coupon. When I checked out the cashier asked if I would join the "club". Of course I asked what that actually gets you. She said for the $30 cost she would discount the box by $30 dollars and give me either of the side box or the locker for $149. I bought 2 of the side cabinets! Sure is a nice piece...

Yes, its usually about a $40 discount on the top box. I've been waiting for about 3 months for a coupon, but may just go buy one without it. I'll let you all know when i do because there will.most likely be a coupon for it the week after I'm not able to get the discount applied.

30 day store return policy I believe will let you go back with your receipt and get them to return/rebuy with the coupon.

I asked for the gray version (because of the plates) but my store (in CA) only had the orange version in stock so that's what I got.

In case anyone is still curious. I too got the press for $135ish out the door today. Apparently the look up price and the ring up price for the press are different somehow.
