I know it was posted before but the quality wasn't great.

If you happen to be in a waiting area with magazines look for car and home improvement issues. They often have HF coupons and they are quite good and generally have longer term expiration dates... several months instead of weeks like their typical promos. And the offers are some of the good ones too... 25% off, free items, torque wrenches etc.

Not a bad way to take advantage of waiting time!

I had a coupon for a free set of work gloves (forgot where I picked it up). Never saw that coupon before. We went there today to buy some basics (cordless drill, Pittsburgh Pro screwdrivers) for the bro-in-law for Christmas, and I got the pair of the gloves for free. They are basic work gloves.

Anyone have a coupon for the headlamp that you put on your head?

The gloves are a fairly common coupon.
Nice thing is when they get a slight tear I just toss them as opposed to gloves I used to buy and wear till they are really torn.

Thanks for posting that. Yeah, they seem decent -- no better or worse than other cheap work gloves. And for free, they are cheap. :) Usually cheap work gloves cost 3 bucks or so.

Get there early though if you want one.

I got an email from HF and it has some good deals.

The wife couldn't find the USA Weekend section in the paper. I find it and on the back are even better deals on some of the same stuff.

This cart is $109 in the email but $99 in the USA Weekend section of the paper

FWIW that $10 drill bit set is very good if you don't abuse them. We've drilled a couple feet [total of several parts] of 4130 on a lathe with those. Still going strong.

im thinking about pucking up either two 56" boxes, three 44" boxes, or a combination of the two, and building a bench aginst one of the walls in my shop. im going to try using the 25% off coupon new years day, but in case they wont take it for the boxes (i know their not supposed to but im still going to try) i would like backup coupons.

i see rslaback just posted the coupon for the 56" box, thank you for that. does anybody have a coupon they could post up for the 44" box?

Don't waste your time with the 25% coupon. It won't work and it makes you seem slimy (since you have the backup coupons).
