I just tell them the coupon number anymore.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk90q

I did (I read it to her) and then she asked to see the coupon on the phone, this is when I got the corporate story. I go and buy a lot of stuff and never seen or heard this happened at these stores. She kept saying corporate, corporate and sorry.

The whole thing is stupid, I was standing in line looking at all the people in the buying frenzy and the sale wasn't even on yet and the place was packed with peoples baskets filled to the brim. I spent $65 on BS items and only got off $12 with the coupons. The other non coupon **** we buy at the same time should easily makes up for any coupons we use (in general).

The coupons are really bringing in a lot of customers to buy stuff and almost everyone is buying more items than just the coupon stuff but I can understand, they probably don't want to get caught up/stuck in coupon hell like JC Penny did.

After reading your experiences with the 25% coupons, I printed mine before going to HF today. Probably same store on Artesia you went to. But I really confused them by bringing a printout of the online price which is lower than the in-store price. Poor guy had no idea what to do with it, all he could do is tell me what the store's computer said the price should be. It took 2 trips to the store manager to get them to sell it for the online price. What a hassle! :headshake

So I went to HF tonight and the cash gal in a very sweet tone told her corporate has instructed not to accept any coupons that are being shown as Photo's. Only will be accepting coupons that are torn out or shown that it was from a email or there website.

She did accept my blurry free 6" dish coupon and 25% coupon.

They said no more wide spread sharing of one coupon will be allowed or taking of a photo from you coupon mailing, she said just bring the coupon in.

She was being very nice about it. Whatev

That's weird. I'm guessing it's not corporate at all. The assistant manager of my store rang me up today. I had the 25% off coupon and one for free batteries on my phone. He just asked me to read him the numbers on them.

Then again, I might get special treatment. They know I make a consumables buy every single week and usually grab a few other things on top of that.

Yeah, I went back today for another freebie and a welding clamp as I was driving past it.

No bs issue's at all this time and even showed the same coupon. So disregard my above posts.

Is there a coupon for the portable bandsaw, or is 25% best bet? How about the welding table? Is that considered storage/cabinet?

Have you seen any other coupons for welding related items (beyond the cabinet several pages back?). Just bought a Hobart and looking to get a bunch of accessories.

Anybody see what the specials are for Labor Day? I need a Predator motor. And I know they have had them marked down in preveious years, on Labor day.

Just curious. Do you guys print out the coupons, use them online, or just show them on your phone? Was just curious if they give you any issues in the store.

I always print them and always make sure that the barcode is clear and the numbers legible. It only takes a couple seconds to print and I just keep some of the free item and 25% off coupons in my wallet at all times. (Which reminds me, I need to print more 25% off. I'm all out.)

I also give 'em away to friends if the topic of Harbor Freight happens to come up at any point.

I've searched and haven't found anything, but has anybody seen a recent coupon for the 2T low profile steel jack, #68050?

I need a new jack soon, and really like that one. Unfortunately the last coupon I found for it expired in April...

Hi, anyone have a coupon for the top tool chest for the 44"? I remember seeing one in a magazine for $269.99 a few months back but can't remember which one.

Thanks for sharing, that does seem like a pretty good price for that one. I really like some of the features on the 2T though, so I might just have to bite the bullet and pay sale price.

Next round of farm mags should be coming soon for September, if you don't need it now. But I can't guarantee it'll have that jack.
